The Institute of Art, Culture, and Economics is one of the interdisciplinary research and application institutes operating under the Law on Science and Technology in Vietnam. The Institute was founded by journalist Vuong Xuan Nguyen and several distinguished scientists and intellectuals in the fields of economics, culture, and art.
